I have been blessed to live in what I call My House of Inspiration.  It was a dream I achieved just before my 50th birthday.  This was the home my heart yearned for, the one that I would live in for the rest of my days.  I even moved my office home because I so love being here and I'm inspired throughout my day and I am at peace within.  It's hard to leave out each day because I feel I have a slice of heaven!

While working one day, surrounded by the things I love, candles burning, music playing, the thought came to me "Shouldn't Every Woman" be able to have a place that's hers and uniquely hers to design and decorate and live in as she pleases?  Shouldn't every woman be able to fully express herself and her personality in her surroundings?  Shouldn't every woman be able to have her very own "safe haven" that shelters her from the stress and storms of life?  Shouldn't every woman be empowered to invest in something that she can call her very own?  Shouldn't every woman have a deed with her name on it in her important box of papers?  Shouldn't every woman feel like a queen in her castle?  Shouldn't every woman believe that she has the power and inner strength to own the home she really wants even if it is a scary step?  Shouldn't every woman have an investment (s) that is appreciating and building equity for her future?  Doesn't every woman detest writing a rent check?

Today I shine the spotlight on every woman who is yearning for a home or yearning for the home of her dreams.  I encourage you to go for it!  I encourage you to become an investor and a owner of several properties.  Don't write another rent check for $1000 or $1500, not one more day!  It's time to write that check out for you!

Do not allow fear or your past to stop you because you are unstoppable!  There are women who have great credit and earn good money and it is only FEAR that is holding you back.  You are afraid to get out of the boat to reach for what is easily in your grasp.  There are other women who have lost homes through divorce or foreclosure  bankruptcy and you may feel unworthy of the second chance.  You are so worthy and this time you will have the life lessons that will allow you to thrive in your new home.  There are other women who only lack the knowledge they need to buy.  You have high credit scores and feel that you don't have the money you need.  We're currently in a buyers market and all sorts of creative strategies are available to you.  And then there are women who are married and who desperately want to buy or move to a home that better suits the family, but haven't made the move.  Shouldn't every woman you know have the same advantage that we do?

You know women in these situations.  These are empowered women who may just need a nudge or some encouragement.  They don't realize what they could have.  You can build the bridge to get them there!  These are responsible women who pay their bills, handle their business and save money.  They just need to take the first step.

Women are praying for a home and don't realize the answer is already there.  Be an encourager to other women to own their own home or to go for their dream home.  Because EVERY WOMAN SHOULD!
